Deliver outstanding service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing new orders as necessary.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Generate comprehensive reports on purchasing trends, customer needs, and profits.
Recruit, train, and supervise new staff members.
Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve sales goals through training and mentoring.
Handle store administration tasks, including managing budgets and updating financial records.
