Job Description:
Maintenance of daily user problems (computer, internet, system issues).
Configuring IP-Phone (setting up new phones, creating new phone extensions in PBX Xontel).
Creating email accounts in Microsoft Office 365.
Configuring CCTV cameras and NVR devices.
Maintaining and coordinating with suppliers for photocopier machine maintenance.
Maintaining HP printers (toners and spare parts).
Updating the company website and backing up website databases.
Updating corpnet files and rebuilding them to work with new browsers.
Maintaining user accounts in Active Directory (deleting expired users and creating new users).
Maintaining network connection cables between users and locations.
Maintaining the assets location list and IT store with the storekeeper.
Managing licenses, servers, and user access to shared folders.
Following ERP support tickets (creating and updating tickets with support and end users).
Managing the engineering database for engineering software.
Handling daily tasks (creating INR requests for buying items, following IT requests).
