Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with managers to understand their department needs and job specifications.
- Create and post job descriptions, especially on social media platforms.
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to find quality candidates and new business prospects.
- Screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain a candidate database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field.
- Immediate availability.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Successful interview experience using various methods.
- Prior experience in recruiting.
- Local candidates only.
- Sallary will be 350KD.
