We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager with a minimum of 5 years as a supervisor or manager. A valid driving license is required.

Job Summary:
The Cleaning Manager will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cleaning policies, schedules, and procedures.
  • Manage and lead cleaning teams, including supervisors and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
  • Monitor budgets, manage costs, and oversee procurement of cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain client relationships, address concerns, and improve services.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to uphold cleaning standards.
