AC Maintenance & Installation Engineer Required In Farwaniya. We’re Hiring: AC Maintenance & Installation engineer for a startup company in the HVAC industry is looking for a qualified and motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in air conditioning maintenance and installation. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and grow with the company.
Description: We are seeking a hands-on, reliable engineer to: • Supervise and execute installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (split units, package units, ducted systems, etc.) • Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports • Diagnose and solve system issues (mechanical and electrical) • Develop preventive maintenance plans • Manage technicians and oversee project execution • Communicate with clients and suppliers • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • 2–4 years of relevant field experience in AC maintenance and installation • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls • Valid Kuwait residency (transferable) • Valid driving license is a plus • Good communication skills in Arabic or English • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
