Currently I am working Al Sabriyah elevators and escalators company this is my job description:

Responsible for Maintenance and Repairs Invoicing on Daily basis
• Updating Customers data which includes creating/renewal of contract related to maintenance
• Booking Maintenance revenue on the basis
• Updating differed revenue on excel on daily basis
• Booking differed and Amortization of differed revenue entries on monthly basis
• Maintain the record of every invoice and every maintenance Receivable customer -wise on
monthly basis (maintenance ageing)
• Preparing Collectors Commission.
• Preparation of LPO’s and expense sheet on daily basis
• Responsible to maintain sheet for start and stop Maintenance Record
• Booking Local purchase done via petty cash on daily basis related to Installation on and
• Passing Petty Cash entries in system on daily basis
• Allocation of Over Time.
• Responsible for Customer Statement of Account & Follow-up Collection.
• Responsible for processing the monthly payroll.
• Responsible for allocation of indemnity, leave passage & leave salary on monthly basis.
