Accountant Required In Kuwait City. We are looking for an Accountant with expertise in standard accounting duties and responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Responsibilities:
Basic Knowledge of:
Sales invoices and performing account reconciliations.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Account Payable:
Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
Processing payments and maintaining supplier records.
Checking and verifying invoices.
Preparing checks for payment.
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.
Inventory:
Day-to-day updates to purchases.
Recording, analyzing, and summarizing purchases.
Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and approval.
Calculating cost of goods sold using methods such as average cost, FIFO, LIFO, or average market price.
Verifying inventory counts and recording adjustments for used or damaged items.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
ERP knowledge (Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of ODOO).
Microsoft Office skills – proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
