Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete admissions process from lead generation to enrollment.
Manage CRM systems for effective lead tracking.
Supervise admissions for four schools and collaborate on marketing strategies.
Prepare performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions or sales (preferred sectors: Education, Retail, IT, or Financial).
Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
