General Cashier and Paymaster Required In Farwaniya. We are seeking a skilled and responsible General Cashier and Paymaster to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have past experience in cash handling, financial management, and payroll processing. As a General Cashier and Paymaster, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure financial correctness, manage cash flow, and facilitate timely payroll disbursements.
Job Description:
Maintain a well-organized cash box.
Customers can pay with cash, check, debit, or credit cards, and payment receipts are issued accordingly.
Manage and secure your monetary holdings.
Process refunds for customers.
Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation alongside receipt vouchers.
Deliver daily cash and cheque collections, along with the Till Report, to the Chief Cashier.
Document all financial activities, including receipts, invoices, payroll records, and tax returns.
Regularly reconcile cash accounts, resolving inconsistencies to ensure financial accuracy.
Review daily collections made by the end of business.
Work with the Insurance Accountant to verify proper insurance coverage for all cash and check holdings.
Support different Treasury Function duties as assigned by management.
Contribute to the year-end auditing process.
Job Requirements:
Asian Nationality and Visa Article 18
Age: 25-35
Male/Female
2-4 years of full-time experience in the same sector (ideally as a courier or driver)
Flexibility and the ability to perform under duress.
KPIs and results-focused
Fluency in English, Arabic, and/or Asian languages
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Training experience is a plus.
