Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hotel experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Excellent communication skills
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Responsibilities:
Update the staff database and maintain employee records in an online system.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Assist the Director of HR with recruitment and employee record management.
Assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
Oversee new employee onboarding orientation and training plans.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
