Junior Female Purchase Assistant Needed In Shuwaikh. We are searching for a Junior Female Purchase Assistant (Freshers preferred) to join our well-known company in Kuwait immediately. The compensation will be established based on the interview results and candidate profile. Responsibilities include:
To prepare sales quotations according to the instructions of department supervisors.
Follow up with suppliers after orders are issued. Understand payment arrangements including letter of credit and telex transfers. Cash against documents.
Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure that shipments are made according to plan.
Handling foreign and external correspondence.
Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
