Lab Manager for Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt Testing Laboratory In Kuwait City. We are looking for an experienced Lab Manager to take the lead at our Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt Testing Laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards, managing a team, and upholding quality standards, including practices approved by KSE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage laboratory operations, enforce ISO 17025 standards, and maintain rigorous quality control.
Provide supervision and mentorship to a team of technicians.
Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring adherence to ISO 17025 requirements.
Analyze data, generate reports, and offer recommendations.
Maintain a safe and well-organized laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in materials testing laboratory.
Familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation.
Expertise in equipment maintenance.
Strong leadership and effective communication skills in both English and Arabic (oral and written).
Demonstrated awareness of safety and commitment to quality control.
Must be KSE approved.
