Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant required In Shuwaikh. We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant to join our IT team. This role involves providing support and enhancements using Oracle Fusion Applications technology. The consultant will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions based on Oracle Fusion Architecture, and collaborating closely with business teams and functional analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements for processes, enhancements, and customizations, and develop functional and technical requirement documents.
Provide standard Oracle Fusion solutions to meet business requirements.
Utilize Oracle PaaS and SaaS to optimize solutions for business.
Collaborate with other Functional Consultants to assess the feasibility of business requirements.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion Technology Stack.
Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects) and tools for Fusion Applications.
Assist with post-implementation support, addressing production issues and maintenance activities, including change management.
Test and document all code changes, including various testing phases and quality reviews.
Interface with Oracle for production issues and product bugs.
Collaborate with other teams for integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, Micros, My-Inventory, and other third-party tools.

Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion SaaS.
In-depth understanding of Functional flows and processes in Oracle Fusion.
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, PCS, Oracle BIP, FRS, APEX, and PL/SQL.
Working knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Technology or Finance or a relevant field.
8 to 10 years of full-time professional experience in a similar role using Oracle Fusion.
High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet critical deadlines.
Previous experience in Trading, Contracting, or Real Estate companies is preferred.
