Sales and Administration Assistant Position Required In Kuwait City. Job Opportunity: Sales and Administration Assistant
Duties:
Collaborate with the sales team for seamless communication and support.
Support sales proposals and quotations.
Facilitate the generation and processing of purchase orders.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing contacts.
Coordinate communication between operations and sales teams.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and forward calls.
Address client inquiries and provide product/service information.
Build positive relationships with clients, assist in scheduling appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations for campaign coordination, report creation, and follow-ups.
Address customer concerns promptly, gather feedback, and communicate insights to the sales team.
Generate and analyze sales data reports.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with administrative staff for enhanced office operations.
Manage administrative tasks for office efficiency.
Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in sales coordination and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
