Tender Secretary Required In Kuwait City. We are looking for a Tender Secretary for our Office Furniture & Interior Design Company, and we invite applications from individuals in Kuwait with Kuwait residency. The Assistant Tender Secretary will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative, technical, and commercial aspects of the Tendering and Contract process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing rules and procedures for tendering and contract processes.
Support the tender process from pre-qualification to final bid submission, contract award, and engagement closure.
Collate and verify documentation within the tendering and contract process.
Ensure timely resolution of all queries.
Assist in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs/RFT) and other tender documents.
Act as a secretary to the Tenders and Evaluation committees.
Prepare regular status reports on tendering and evaluation activities.
Analyze bids to identify the best response meeting the company’s needs.
Assist in preparing evaluation reports and related documents according to standard templates.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a similar discipline.
Proficient in MS Office.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in tendering and procurement or equivalent.
Knowledge of the RFP generation process.
Familiarity with public procurement contracting and tendering principles.
