As an HR recruiter, you will be in charge of the company’s recruitment process in order to find suitable applicants. 1. Determines personnel needs. 2. Creates job descriptions for needed positions. 3. Creates and implements a recruitment mechanism for the organization. 4. Builds a recruitment network through social media and other channels. 5. Screens and interviews the candidates. 6. Presents a limited list of applicants to management. Requirement 1. Minimum of two years of experience in human resources. Proficient with MS Office 2.
