Shop Keeper Required In Kuwait City


We are searching for an organized, experienced shopkeeper to oversee all merchandise, manage staff, and develop promotional activities for the store. To be successful as a shopkeeper, you must be able to multitask and work under pressure while remaining professional with clients. A smart shopkeeper may manage stock by keeping track of sales and buying replacement items as needed, as well as making occasional purchases of new products that customers may enjoy. Shopkeeper Responsibilities: Keeping track on sales and supplying the store properly. Managing and training retail employees. Plan promotional efforts for new products or discounts. Ensuring that the store remains clean and orderly. Mediation and decreasing of any conflicts between staff and clients. Storekeeper Requirements: Must be organized and punctual. Excellent presentation and professionalism. A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience, ideally in a managerial role, would be beneficial. Excellent verbal communication abilities in Arabic and English; proficient in Microsoft Office.
