Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Fast typing and data entry skills
Proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Billing and expense data entry and auditing
Daily bank and card payment reconciliation
Accounts payable/receivable reconciliation
Sales reconciliation
Journal voucher data entry, filing, and storing
General ledger reconciliation
Petty cash accounts reconciliation
Inventory counts/issuances
Language:
Fluency in English is required.
