A retail store in Kuwait City is urgently hiring a Store Manager for its value fashion retail and FMCG operations.
Duties: drive the store to exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs; recruit, train and mentor a team of assistant managers and style associates; maintain exceptional, personalized customer service; execute brand visual merchandising guidelines; oversee inventory control, loss prevention, payroll budgeting and daily operational compliance.

Requirements
3+ years of retail management experience, specifically within fashion or apparel
Proven track record of building, coaching and motivating retail teams
Strong understanding of retail math, sales forecasting and KPI analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills
Availability for flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
Hindi and English languages
