We Are Hiring Delivery Supervisor with Experience

We are hiring a delivery supervisor with experience in Qibla, Kuwait City. We need a delivery supervisor to manage daily delivery operations, supervise riders and drivers, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The responsibilities include managing and scheduling riders and drivers, coordinating with the customer service and warehouse team, monitoring delivery status and resolving delays, preparing daily delivery and performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, handling customer delivery issues professionally, maintaining discipline and productivity within the delivery team, and supporting the operations manager in daily tasks.

The candidate must have a transferable Article 18 (Ahli) visa, previous experience in delivery, logistics or last-mile operations, good knowledge of Excel and Word, the ability to use AI tools, good communication and team management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must be responsible, organised and a problem solver. The duty is 12 hours, with 2 days weekly off. The salary is based on experience and will be decided during the interview.
