The decision was made to consider Sunday, December 31, as a “rest day” because it falls between two holidays – Saturday, December 30, which is a rest day, and Monday, January 1, 2024, which is an official holiday. The holiday will either be one day, which corresponds to Monday, January 1, 2024, or extended for four days from Friday, December 29, 2023, until Monday, January 1, 2024. Official working hours will resume the following day, on Tuesday, January 2.
